FBM Films Ltd is a new UK-based film and media production company headquartered in Wales, established by Marc Lyden Jones as an extended arm of FBM Media Solutions, a reputable production partner firmly embedded in the Middle East. Leveraging FBM Media Solutions’ track record with leading global brands, platforms and broadcasters including Getty Images, BBC, Euronews, FIFA, YouTube and ByteDance, FBM Films Ltd delivers high-quality video production and editing, long and short form content creation, talent management and digital development to clients across the UK, the Middle East and international markets. By combining local insight and operations in Wales with a proven international network, the company is positioned to offer flexible, end-to-end production support for broadcast, digital and social media content as well as Talent Management & Media Training services.

Managing Director

Marc Lyden Jones is a senior creative and commercial leader with over 25 years of experience across hospitality, entertainment, and live production in the UK, Europe, and the Gulf. As Managing Director of FBM Films Ltd, he leads the company's UK strategy, overseeing production, talent, and commercial growth across Wales, the wider UK, and Europe.

Previously Director of Talent & Marketing at FBM Media Solutions (Middle East), Marc played a key role in scaling the business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider region—shaping talent development, advancing digital innovation, and expanding its original content portfolio. His career includes leadership roles at Motivate Talent Agency (UAE), POP Entertainment/Plan B Group, ITP Media Group, Nakheel Retail, Luminar Leisure (UK), and the Thomas Cook Group, where he delivered high-profile events, content productions, and integrated campaigns that combined artistic direction with strategic business insight.

Marc is passionate about connecting people, brands, and stories through authentic, impactful content. His approach prioritises meaningful audience engagement and long-term value, leveraging a deep international network to bridge regional and global markets. A Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama graduate (Acting), he is driven by a belief that standout work is both creatively bold and commercially effective.
